– RECIPES –

Honey Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

• 3 grams high-quality matcha powder (such as the premium matcha sold by Izumi Matcha)

• 8 grams of organic honey

• 30 grams of soft water with pH of 7-8 (for best results heat to 80°C)

• 12 ounces hot (80°C) or cold organic whole milk

Directions:

Step 1: Add high-quality matcha powder and hot natural spring water to a tea bowl

Step 2: Whisk the matcha and water until smooth with thin layer of foam forms

Step 3: Add honey to the mix and whisk until honey is completely blended in

Step 4: Pour 12 ounces of hot or cold organic whole milk into a cup and pour the matcha mix on top

Step 5: Optional, add desired amount of ice

Honey Hojicha Latte

Ingredients:

• 3 grams high-quality hojicha powder

• 8 grams of organic honey

• 30 grams natural spring water (for best results heat to 90°C)

• 12 ounces hot (90°C) or cold organic whole milk

Directions:

Step 1: Add high-quality hojicha powder and hot natural spring water to a tea bowl

Step 2: Whisk the hojicha and water until smooth with thin layer of foam forms

Step 3: Add honey to the mix and whisk until honey is completely blended in

Step 4: Pour 12 ounces of hot or cold organic whole milk into a cup and pour the hojicha mix on top

Step 5: Optional, add desired amount of ice

Lychee Matcha Tea

Ingredients:

• 3 grams high-quality matcha powder (such as the premium matcha sold by Izumi Matcha)

• 30 grams of soft water with pH of 7-8 (for best results heat to 80°C)

• 6 ounces of pure lychee puree (need to know how to make fruit purees)

• 6 ounces soft water with pH of 7-8

Directions:

Step 1: Add high-quality matcha powder and hot natural spring water to a tea bowl

Step 2: Whisk the matcha and water until smooth with thin layer of foam forms

Step 3: Mix 6 ounces of pure lychee puree with 6 ounces of natural spring water

Step 4: Pour the lychee mix into a cup and pour the matcha mix on top

Step 5: Optional, add desired amount of ice and sweetness (cane sugar)
